Pamela Anderson

Pam is a mortgage operations professional with over 25 years of demonstrated success in leading diverse operational functions, including strategic planning, infrastructure development, risk management, compliance, vendor oversight and credit loss management. Her primary focus is developing and managing efficient, cost effective processes that deliver desired business results while facilitating strong team performance results and individual contributor development.   She is recognized in the industry as being a highly collaborative leader with adept communications and relationship building skills.

Pam spent the last 17 years with Fannie Mae in a variety of managerial and leadership positions.  Most recently as the Vice President for Operations, National Servicing Organization where she was responsible for leading the team responsible for the oversight and management of 92% of Fannie Mae’s servicing relationships ($729B).  Pam’s and her Team’s primary responsibility was to mitigate Fannie Mae’s servicing risk exposure by focusing on the servicers’ operational processes that were the primary drivers of credit loss performance and operational compliance.

Pam was the operations liaison to FHFA, Fannie Mae’s regulator, and she is also responsible for developing Fannie Mae’s Master Servicing Oversight protocols, Seller & Servicer Eligibility Requirements and Servicing Transfer evaluation policy for performing and non-performing assets.

Prior to Fannie Mae, Pam did stints as the Loan Servicing Manager for Progress Bank, Investor Reporting Supervisor at Beneficial Mortgage Corporation and as an Investor Processor for Wilmington Savings Fund Society / Star States Mortgage.
